Reagent for the detection of Treponema pallidum antibodies.
Features and principle:
ESPLINE TP is a product based on the principle of immuno-chromatography for detection of antibodies to Treponema pallidum (TP) in serum or plasma samples.
The test kit employs two recombinant antigens that are considered to be the main antigens of TP.
These recombinant antigens are fixed to a membrane in the test part of the cassette.
An enzyme-labeled antigen pad, a substrate pad, and a developing solution are also included in the cassette.
